A REQUEST FOR DESIGN SERVICES FROM KPFA RADIO
My name is Cathy Picou, and I’m reaching out from KPFA Radio with a request for pro bono
Assistance for updating the station's lobby and bathrooms. We would greatly appreciate a donation of your design services to help improve these spaces. In return we would provide a tax deductible donation receipt and prominently feature your company’s Logo in our lobby-a meaningful way to showcase your support for independent media and the community.
KPFA has been a pillar of independent radio since 1949 when it was founded by journalist Lewis Hill as the first community-supported radio station in the United states.
Our mission is to promote cultural diversity, facilitate pluralistic community expression, and foster understanding among people of all backgrounds. We also uphold press freedom and provide a platform for diverse viewpoints while maintaining financial independence.
