January 2007, Larry, Kathleen Giustino and Paul Cooper incorporated A1 Sun, Inc. Our goal is to install superb, affordable photovoltaic solar energy systems to benefit our neighbors, our community, and the larger global environment - one unique roof at a time.

A1 Sun is “local,” serving our East Bay community. Constantly improving our installation practices, we maintain a BBB A+ rating and garner high internet reviews. Certified an Alameda County Green Business in 2007, we continue to use environmentally benign products and reuse/recycle as much “stuff” as we can.
We hire, train, and support our own A1 Sun crews. Working in the community, each crew member represents the core values of our company.
